The D-Day Story in Portsmouth has the most extraordinary collection of objects - it's not just the variety of the collections, it's also the fact that most of them were owned and used by people who took part in the D-Day landings in 1944. The team can place objects on specific beaches or in the hands of the large numbers of people who worked on the planning and execution of such a complex and ambitious plan.

For six months, we worked with the curatorial and learning staff to develop the detailed content plans for the redevelopment of the whole museum from final object selections to collaboratively planning every element of the written interpretation.
